FBI Agent Malcolm or it could be called "Big Momma" (Martin Lawrence) is now already have a stepson named Trent (Brandon T. Jackson) who was 17 years old. They do impersonation on stage arts events in schools for girls, in order to find a killer.
Charmaine Trent disguised as one of the students in the school, his father Malcolm as usual always disguised as Big Momma.
After Trent became the key witness in a murder, Trent finally willing to help his father to find the killer before the killer was found and eventually killed him.
Faizon Love acts as Kool Kurtis, a security guard. And former personnel of Run-DMC, roadie who later fell in love with Big Momma. Portia Doubleday, Michelle Ang and Emily Rios will play as friends Charmaine aka Trent
